Advanced Space Law – Open Access Journal

Advanced Space Law (ISSN 2663-3663 (Online), ISSN 2663-3655 (Print)) is a semiannual, open-access, peer-reviewed journal that focuses on theoretical and conceptual problems and issues in the realm of space law. The journal was established by International Society of Philosophy and Cosmology (ISPC) and Scientific Institute of Public Law (Kyiv, Ukraine).

The Journal included in the List of Scientific Professional Publications of Ukraine, Category “B”. Decision of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, April 15, 2021.

The key mission of the Advanced Space Law journal is to promote exchange and collaboration among international space law scientists (public and private international law), lawyers of national law branches in the field of space research and exploration. The journal is focusing on innovative studies in air and space law while nurturing the rule of law as a benefit for nation-states and their commercial actors operating in air and space domains.
