Abstract
The modernity calls for the creation of a legal model that could not only adequately reflect the processes that are taking place in the aerospace industry, but also to develop effective mechanisms for ensuring the safety of aerospace activities. One of the most important areas of study and scientific safety of flight safety is the study of the problem of aerospace risks. The justification of the existing categories of aerospace risks will determine the models for ensuring the safety of flights of aerospace transport and preserving the life and health of members of aerospace transport, passengers and baggage, as well as the loss of the transport itself. The purpose of the study is to study the analysis of existing developments in the field of aerospace research in the international organization of safety of aerospace transport, to improve the concept of “aerospace risk” in the activities of aerospace carriers, to determine the nature of the tendencies of risk transformation, depending on the type of flight task.
Keywords: risk, aerospace transport, aerospace risk, law, aerospace activities.
