Advanced Space Law – Open Access Journal
Advanced Space Law is a semiannual, open-access, peer-reviewed journal that focuses on theoretical and conceptual problems and issues in the realm of space law. The journal was established by the International Society of Philosophy and Cosmology (ISPC) and the Scientific Institute of Public Law (Kyiv, Ukraine).

The journal is included in the List of Scientific Professional Publications of Ukraine, Category “B”. It was approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine on April 15, 2021.
The main mission of the Advanced Space Law journal is to promote exchange and collaboration among international space law scholars (public and private international law), as well as lawyers from various national legal fields involved in space research and exploration. The journal focuses on innovative studies in air and space law while fostering the rule of law as a benefit for nation-states and their commercial actors operating in air and space domains.
